I am Lycan

I came here to get diagnosed for my PTSD. The therapist that I saw several times withheld her diagnosis. I had to find out months later through the VA that she diagnosed me with partial BPD. Which was done to disqualify me from receiving any military benefits. Last time I had visited cause I had anxiety problems, and needed to see someone. She then tells me she couldn't help me unless I was suicidal. Not only am I struggling with my PTSD, but now I have to figure how to get a second opinion due to her unprofessional actions. I advise Veterans to avoid this location if you truly need help.

I do not recommend this location. I didn’t finish the intake process because it was taking 3+ days to collect data/ complete before treatment plan. Rebecca was the assigned therapist, and she was rude, unprofessional, and bias. All qty. 4 phone calls she was 10-15min late to our scheduled appointment; she never apologized for her poor time management and said that this is how it is and complained about the workload “this center deals with trauma only, and we have many patients, so our scheduled time will never be on the exact.” I contacted the VetCenter to seek help but as a female Marine, I will not tolerate tardiness, conversation interruption, or a therapist being bias. I’m ready to deal with my stuff just not with Rebecca. Beware!!! Also they are not doing in person or FaceTime visit, phone call only.

Who do they get to answer the phones over here? She's clueless...

Okay, added a star because at least they finally opened. Not open at 7:30... Or 7:50 as I write this. Phone number is disconnected. National Vet Center help line doesn't know why they aren't open and have no phone. Clearly this is the top notch service America's veterans deserve, right?
