Smelled like pee…how can you serve food in human waste? Also slow af and the red head should get a raised because I know as a women working in those conditions would be nasty!

Eliminating the ability to grabs your own napkins, straws, and needing to ask for refills has only taxed the already busy employees that are in short supply. Needing to go to them for everything isnt as efficient in reality. Be kind to your employees and make some of these basic things accessible to the patrons.

Ordered on the mobile app. Like i usually do. I usually never have an issue but today i did. I ordered a Large fry but received a medium one. Not even full! I ordered a double cheeseburger with no ketchup but i received two cheeseburgers with ketchup. Im not understanding how hard it is to read that little order. We spend our hard earned money on our food. We should at least get what we paid for!

Was here during lunch time, line was long but they did the best they could. Person taking the orders was hard of hearing so you had to yell into speaker, after a long wait food was hot and delicious. Staff was friendly
