Most depressing Wendy's visit in my entire life. Swear I almost need to call a suicide prevention line after the mammoth at the drive through took my order with no attempt at manores what so ever. And God forbid we get napkins or spoons for our frosties at the second window. Wow is all I can say. Don't come to this wendys

if i could give no stars i would my sister and i went for frostys and fries i asked for a medium vanilla and misunderstood the lady and she started giving attitude(apprently they replaced the vanilla with strawberry ice cream) i pulled up to the window and gave the guy my money very nice guy but then went to the next window and these 2 older women were very rude saying I paid for 1 frosty when I know I paid for 2 don’t think I’ll ever come back

I would suggest never getting food from this Wendy's! Not only is the service terrible and very slow, but the young employees are dirty and immature. The young boy seen here was acting foolish and breaking forks, tearing up napkins and squeezing out condiment packets in the garbage while he waiting to serve food at the drive-thru window. Then he was asked to get fries for the upcoming order and he burnt himself, making hisself throw the fry scoop and carton down into the fry bin.. He then picked everything back up and started scooping fries up again.

Be prepared for your trip to this Wendy’s to take 20+ minutes in the drive through. The only reason I came here is cause I dropped my sandwich on the ground from the new Hudsonville Wendy’s (which actually has good service) and I came here to replace it. I should’ve just turned around and gone back to Hudsonville because I could’ve been there and back several times before even getting to order here. These people are truly minimum wage workers. Not impressed. As for the food, the fries weren’t as fresh as the Hudsonville location and the sandwich I got had zero honey on it. Save yourself the time and disappointment. The owner should be embarrassed
