They close when they want to. Went in at 11:30 on a Saturday and the doors were locked. No signs on the door or anything. And don't dare to order ice cream with 2 hours of them closing. They say it is always shut down. This McDonald's is horrible. Drive the extra distance and go to Richmond. It is worth it.
Lobby closes at 11, drive through normally closed at 12. But new management is having this location close at 11pm instead of midnight, it's not a whenever they want to situation it's a scheduled procedure in order to close the store, most non 24 hour stores do this.
