Nicole and Selena are always helpful and work HARD. Im there a few times a week. There is young man and older lady who put stock up. They also work HARD. I think this is the BEST crew they have had. But they can't keep good help. So these 4 i see everytime im there. I HOPE DG recognizes the HARD workers they have.

Most unorganized store I've ever seen. The employees are always very friendly though! Sometimes cash only, sometimes card only, sometimes they're closed with a back in 15 min sign on the door. Seems poorly managed, but again the employees are super nice.

Came in to return five items I had every dollar general receipt with me one of my receipts was even from the Madison store which is where I was trying to return. I wanted to return $8, and I was making a purchase of $10. . That receipt had 92 items but she said I couldn’t return it unless it came from the Madison store. WHAT, since when does the Dollar General Company not take back their own merchandise with a receipt regardless of which dollar general store it was purchased. I have NEVER BEEN treated this way before in a Dollar General Store. Very bad customer service! Very bad business practice!
