Was at work so I paid someone to go and pick up lunch for me at 1:15 it was a chicken bowl. The Chicken was so old and hard that I couldn't eat it. I tried to call the store to address the problem for about 45 min no answer I will not return. Money wasted and a lunch break of being hungry

Do not visit this location. I drove 15 mins here and arrived 30 minutes before closing only to find a car parked at the window facing the wrong way and a younger girl tell me they’re closed. When I asked her what she meant since they were open for another 30 minutes, she said, “nah we closed.” This is why chicfila Reigns supreme 🙄

Easiest job in the world work at this KFC. You don’t have to do anything because they don’t serve any food. They’re either out of chicken mid day or the system is down or they’re closed at 8pm. Worst KFC in Nashville by FAR. Desperately needs new manager

If you're not going to open the dining room that's fine we all understand staffing is an issue at the moment but please take down the posted dining room hours and put the chairs up on the tables. Its very frustrating when you see lights on and tables set up and the sign on the door says open but when you pull on the handle the door is locked and the employees inside look at you like your some sort of aggravating child. They even go so far as to let the employees park next to the front entrance and take there breaks at dining room tables so it really does look like there open. Rude...
