I have been coming to this location for about 8 yrs. The service is top notch, fast drive thru. The workers have always been respectable even under pressure. Sure there have been times they were out of items. However with the massive amount of orderes its just unavoidable at times. My food has always had good presentation, tastee and warm. Of course, I always provide a small tip, even if its a dollar and if I ask for extra condiments etc they are eager to provide. I hope they continue bringing joy to the many satisfied customers. This popeyes is beyond lazy and rude. I've had issues a few times, but its the only one that allows online ordering around me. Ordered tenders and got regular chicken. Didn't provide sauce as requested. They have the worst customer service. They just suck overall. I ordered to go inside and pick up, and the door was locked. Girl very rudly rolled her eyes at me and yelled for us to go to the drive thru. I get if we had to do that, but there is a professional way to do it

We waited 15 or more minutes in line at drive through (dining room still not open) The nice man on the speaker says, we don't have any sandwiches or nuggets. This was early afternoon before 3pm I believe. Second time they were out of food. We left and went to Steak & Shake. Really like Popeyes when you can get it.

The gentleman at the window was kind but after waiting for a half hour to be served I expected my food to be hot , my wings to be a decent size and my biscuit with my meal because that's what I paid for. My wings are small, fries are few and there is no biscuit. I'm very disappointed and I want a refund.

She may be having a bad day. I admit the service is lacking hospitality. Try to catch the Male Manager who is usually there through the week. He listens.
I pulled up to the drive thru today 4/6/2018 around 7pm there was a sign on the drive thru saying the drive thru is closed because they are short staffed. Went in it’s 5 employees plus a manager. The manager was sitting in the corner and the other staff wasn’t busy.........anyway the food is always cold and horrible. I’m done going here. I rather drive across town

It's a " Hit-or- Miss" on Service and Quality of the Food at Myatt Dr. Last week Guests was Standing around shaking their heads on What was going on..... Workers on Cell Phone while cooking and filling orders along with the Shift Leader in the Green Shirt
