This is my second time and I was seen by nurse practitioner for both visits,not a doctor . And gave my son left splint instead of right For his right broken wrist .

Stood in line behind one person for over 20 minutes while the desk clerk had her fill out papers and find information. He definitely could have had her to move to the side to check in the next person. It literally took me 3 minutes to cHeck in. I could have been sitting down. What if I couldn’t stand for that long.

Worst urgent care I've ever been to. Staff and check in process reflects the patients health conditions are not a priority here. Poor work ethic, assigned nurse included.

Made an appointment online. When I showed up, the security guard told me it would be a three hour wait. No receptionist to speak with--just a security guard taking instructions from someone in the back.
