It takes about 5 days for them to respond, even to emergency things like your AC being out. I know this because my AC has broken twice just this month. My fridge, my stove, and my toilets barely work and are about 25 to 30 years old. The carpet peels up constantly in almost every apartment. I know about five people who live here and they all have continuous problems. My neighbor's sliding glass window has been shattered for about a month and she's put in multiple requests, same as me. Even the stairs, just walking up to my place, are completely splintered and broken and the steps feel like you're almost about to fall through just walking up to the apartment. The staff is generally non-responsive and the office just pretty much ignores you or is condescending

This place is honestly a scam. They want to over charge when these apartments are 1970’s slums. The only decent buildings are the 3 stories or the townhouses. The only buildings that have a washer and dryer inside are the 3 story buildings. The appliances inside the 1-2 bedroom apartments are not up to date nor do they provide a microwave. They charge for pest control every month but I don’t ever see anyone spraying for bugs. Each apartment building has 1 washer and dryer that anyone has access to. In the long months I’ve lived here I have never seen the washer and dryer cleaned.

I was definitely leaving a review, however ALL negative reviews about this Apartment Complex is Very much true!!! Waste of EVERYTHING!
