I submitted a claim which arrived in the unclaimed property office on 11 June 2019. I called the same day I sent the application and asked how long it would take to receive the property. I was told 90 days. Today I called since it has now been 90 days and was told they have not opened the file yet and have no idea how long it will take to process the claim. I am 70,I hope I live to see the money.

Ridiculous on how long it takes to get your unclaimed property.....why even bother....why lie to the public about sending checks in November and December.......Louisiana has to do BETTER
