The customer service of this business is sorely lacking. My mother called to get some information on getting an estimate to repair her scooter. As best I can tell? This place seems to have an issue with geographic discrimination aka "I need see the price for your area". Who on earth says a service call is $125 that must be paid up front...then says if one of the "regular" customers needs something, the prepaid service call will have to be "rescheduled"? I would have gladly bought the scooter in for her just to keep things convenient but this is inexcusable. Just say you're interested in upselling your own products. It's much more straightforward. Thank heavens my mother questions things like this because it sounds an awful lot like a scam to me. As it stands, the retailer that sold her the scooter years ago can assist with a repair or offer her a good price on a new one. Either way, she will have a working scooter within a week and it will NOT be coming from Mobility City.
