Hi I recieve disability SSDI every month, but do not get section 8. Can I still rent here? Do I need a section 8 voucher? I want to move to New Orleans, but it is too expensive for my budget. Been trying to get a hold of someone on Hotpads as this keeps showing up.

It would be nice if someone is in the office more than one day. The guy that answers the door is not friendly, etc. Plus, with all that's going on in the world u would think people wouldn't be so mean, etc. Finally, please get someone to handle things in a timely manner and someone with a better attitude.

What if my grandmother only gets disability but, doesn’t get a voucher can she still get income based?
No you don't need a section 8 voucher, studios are $730 a month.
