Spent the last five years in this building during my entire time in New Orleans. I thoroughly enjoyed living at this building, it has the perfect location, very historical, and luxury all at once. The staff is kind and responds in a timely manner to requests. The rooftop is to die for. The gym has everything I need so I never needed to get an additional membership. A true gem, very thankful for my experience.

I've lived at Four Winds for 3 years and love it. Being close to the French Quarter is so convenient for all the festivals. Choosing a place to live must match your lifestyle and if you like going out in New Orleans then downtown living is a must!

Unresponsive throughout the application and leasing process. Then holds on to application fee despite leasing office’s own issue of not sending lease or following up. After weeks of not hearing back, I speak to management about pulling out of the application process. Management is incredible standoffish and passes the buck to a company, Kailas Inc., instead of taking responsibility, going so far as to claim they could be fired for offering my application fee back. Their policy refunds fees to those who fail a background check but does not offer refunds to those who pass. Would not recommend talking to their leasing office or engaging in the application process. Clearly does not value potential or current tenants. Edit: Funny how the last review of this property pertains to this exact same issue. Exactly how pervasive is this? This property is on a streak of 1-star reviews for a reason.

I am moving to NOLA and found what I thought was a nice place. I was interested, so I filled out an application so when I found the right place I could sign up and move in. Well, the place was not as it appeared in the pictures. Rooms were small and somewhat dingy. Pictures were misleading at best. Parking is far away and expensive. Nothing I read online about the apartments available to rent was accurate. The application process states there are application fees and a deposit. Application fees are nonrefundable. I'm okay with that. Deposit was $400. When the apartment did not match what I expected, I decided not to rent. That's when I found out it is NOT clearly stated on the application that the deposit is not really a deposit. It is a fee that is NOT refundable. When I called, they noted they held the place for me and took it off the market. That is true, but I applied on a Friday and canceled on Sunday. Either way, I am unhappy with their lack of clarity on what a deposit is and what a fee is. DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU ARE CERTAIN YOU WANT TO RENT. What a waste of money.

Ms Thomas, feel free to call us anytime between 830AM - 530PM Monday through Friday or you can schedule a tour online at https://www.fourwindsnola.com/contact/ We look forward to seeing you!
We have a loading zone with temporary parking. There is limited street parking in front if the building. There are multiple paid parking garages and lots very close by. Search for Premium Parking. They have lots that are pay by the hour and one block away.
