The Ida repairs are coming along nicely. We are on the way to looking spiffy again. Here's hoping for a mild hurricane season so we do not have any setbacks. 🤞

Lived here for 4.5 years. Damage sustained during Ida but they are currently doing a ton of renovations to get things back. Nice pool area, friendly staff, Miss Tammy who is one of the security guards is wonderful! Biggest concern is the gates on for the parking area are constantly breaking down. The location is the best. Right near City Park and walking distance to lots of restaurants and shopping.

Update: I wasn’t really happy about being pushed into another lease, after fulfilling my prior lease. New management does not accept month to month, so keep that in mind. Also have been trying contact the office, through both email and phone, for the past few days and no response. No one has answered the phone for THREE FULL DAYS. Update: I am changing my review from 1 to 4 stars, because the management here has been so very helpful. The security guard Ms. Tammy goes above and beyond, and they have worked hard to fix the AC issues. I love my apartment and I never really have issues finding parking as others have mentioned. MOST pet owners are attentive to their pets and clean up after them well. The convenience store and ATM have been nice to have. I’ve never lived anywhere with so many heat and cooling issues, and as a military child and spouse I’ve lived A LOT of places. The heat is monitored in the winter to come on at a certain temperature, and the AC has been broken ALL summer. This has not been a comfortable living experience. This would’ve been a dealbreaker If I had known before signing the lease.

The location of Esplanade at City Park is amazing. The building itself was beautiful and wonderful before Ida. Now, we're very unhappy with our experience. It's taken weeks to resolve service requests for our unit throughout our time here. We know even though our unit doesn't have the appearance of mold, we're sure we're breathing it in. We miss the cafe downstairs. We think the price it outlandish for what we've had to deal with. I hate to be a complainer, but I'm counting down until our lease is up & we can find another place where we can get more for our money.
