I have been living on the property for 2 months now. My agent was very friendly, and helpful with the move-in process. I'm very satisfied so far, with my apartment and the community. It's a very clean and quiet place to live.

Just don't do it. Every apartment has issues, they fabricate paperwork and go back on their word with the lease agreements. One apartment was flooded in ida and uninhabitable, we were still required to pay rent. Now in the second one in the process of moving out and there was a water leak. Reported it and got an email saying it was fixed. Walk in to grab the remainder of the items and there is mold growing everywhere and you can't get in touch with anyone.

At move-in I was asked to leave a HONEST review I waited a few months to leave a real one. Prices of apartments are good but the kitchen are a little outdated. Keep in mind they offer premier or standard options the premier are more on the updated side. The property itself is beautiful anyone that has been on the property can see how well its maintained. Maintenance team really quick i dont believe for a second they just walk in on people. I see military and police living there more than anything so that sounds dangerous plus its just bad. Staff in the office are helpful every time I've need help my agent from months ago still replies to my emails. I think a lot of people are upset because the don't allow more than 2 people to a bedroom so if you have say 2 little kids you have to get a two bedroom. And they also ask for you to make more than 3 times the rent which in todays time is rare. So i even have a friend who was denied and was upset. NO PET RENT! I heard military discounts and senior citizens get no deposit which is awesome. I love the hub so if im not at home i dont have to worry about my packages being stolen. I only gave 4 stars because it could use a facelift inside but again thats why my two bedroom is only $870.
