I have someone dear to me that is a resident there and is having problems with her neighbor and yet still waiting on a resolution..God forbid that anymore be tested that way. One day I know that God is going to show up and show OUT. Have Mercy Father on that neighbor because He does Not Sleep. He's always watching.. Is it alright for residents to have grandkids come and disturb other residents without taking in consideration that some of their neighbors are ill and needs to rest at night?

No it's not right! It's disrespectful and I doubt if you'll be alright with having it done to you. A lot of people take meds at night due to it being their regimen. Their rest at night is priority when it comes to their health especially if they have to get up early to make an doctor appointment
