Very inflexible, will not budge from a very strict cancellation policy. We need to cancel due to health concerns with the uptick in CoVid cases and the two new state of emergency mandates issued by New Orleans. Had a 30 day lead time to cancel, and no flexibility. Money mongering with no respect to the health of their renters or their city.

We came for Mardi Gras! Perfect location but there was molded bread in the cabinet apartment, and the owners were very unprofessional. they were disrespectful and condescending when we asked for a different apartment because the gnats came out of the cabinet when we opened it due to the moldy bread,

I didn't experience rudeness... Just a lack of response and consideration leaving us without a working shower for over a day!
Did you book through AirBnB? If so, they send you the door code the day before and there is a lockbox for your door key when you get to your apartment. I never got a response when I texted the # provided. All communication was done through the app.
The building has no front desk, so it depends on whether your place is being cleaned or not. You can try to arrive early, but the cleaning crew may be there
