I've been a resident for 6 years, and loved it under the OLD MANAGEMENT. This new crew is rude, and very irresponsible! Maintenance, is very lazy, and doesn't comply to any work orders. None! My washer been broke for over 2 years, so I go wash elsewhere. There's always a new receptionist, and I guess they don't care either because they know they won't be there too long. They don't deliver any messages. They recently "lost" all of my new recertification paperwork with very important information on it. I signed these papers in August, and they have NO CLUE where they are.

I moved here in early June 2021, and I am having an issue with the Washing (NO WATER IS ENTERING INTO IT) Machine. I cannot clean my clothes; and I am totally Disabled. I have leave a message EVERYDAY with the Main office and on voice mail at the Maintenance Department, DAILY!!!!!!!!

When I first moved here everything was great. They responded to your every need and the service was excellent. I have been here over 11 years and it has gone down tremendously. I have been trying to get my dishwasher and garbage disposal fix for over a month and a half. The only bright spot is the young lady at the front desk has been very helpful. She has given them my every message, maintenance simply refuses to respond. Now there's a stench being left in my home from the smell of rotten water. The only reason I am still here is that I cannot afford to go anywhere else. Simply deplorable and unacceptable.

I don't live here, and I probably never will. I called to make an appointment to view the units, but was put on hold as soon as I asked about the cost of rent. I was on hold for about two minutes before they ended the phone call. I called back and a different person picked up the phone. They asked who I spoke to, and when told that I wasn't given a name, I was put on hold again. This call was ended less than a minute afterwards. I called back a third time. Why? Because I was indignant and wanted to at least get SOME information to work with. The call was picked up and then immediately ended without a hello. This is..not it. Very unprofessional, and extremely rude. They could have at least bothered to lie and say they had no units for lease. I hope their insurance non-renews.
