The service I have gotten after 8pm is nothing to bring me back. I would take Wendy's burgers and nuggets over any fast food establishment. The service I have received the last 3 visits is not on top of their game at all. When they make a mistake the management does not want to believe they actually did make one or even two mistakes on one $25 order. I even drove back to get the food that was left out and get my burger made correctly. I didn't get a receipt this last visit. Did I say last visit . Yes this is my last visit to Wendy's on Donelson Pk. I do not recommend drive thru service, if you have to have check everything in your bag

The service was great the chocolate frosty was delicious but the JBC and double stack sandwiches were not up to par the beef looked dried and old and the whole sandwich was just a dry sandwich like with no mayo or anything on it. But those fries were hot and fresh just like the commercial!

This is the worst Wendy’s in Nashville there is 8 people working inside and the line is out to the street. How hard is it to make burgers and fries🤷🏽‍♂️‼️ Two working six cheerleaders 📣

Every time I come here for anything EXCEPT breakfast, the order is wrong. Ordered three different meals: a $5 Biggie Bag with a Fanta Strawberry; a Spicy Chicken sandwich combo with no tomato, add cheese, with a Dr. Pepper; a Hot Honey Chicken with no bacon, add cheese with a Strawberry Lemonade; and two Frostys, one chocolate, one vanilla. Person at the window attempted to hand me FIVE DRINKS in ONE TRAY CONTAINER, after asking me if I needed one (there's just myself and one other adult in the car, so it should be obvious we need a drink holder). Once the food came out, I checked it all before leaving the line and realized all three sandwiches were wrong. After finally getting the attention of the young lady at the window, I explained the problem, she apologized, took the food back, told the Manager we wanted fresh food and promptly threw the sandwiches away. Manager said to the young lady "Why did you throw them away, I wasn't finna make em again". This was after he came to the window with the missing cheese for the sandwiches (I guess we were supposed to add that ourselves), along with bacon and tomato although I specifically asked for NO BACON OR TOMATO on either of the combo meals. After the manager stormed off, he yelled something at the young lady who then asked me to pull up to wait to get my food so they could keep the line moving. Manager comes out in less than 3 minutes with a big smile and a bag of food, hands it to me, tells me to have a nice night. I check again before leaving: he gave me the EXACT SAME SANDWICHES OUT OF THE GARBAGE. I know they were the same sandwiches because they were all trashed and there was onion pieces hanging off of the wrappers (none of our sandwiches had onion). Someone pulled SOME of the bacon off, but clearly left plenty, pulled the tomato off the other sandwich, but you can see the juice on the bread. Still no cheese to be found though. $30 worth of food, 30 minutes worth of time, all wasted. When I tried to get back in line to have the issue corrected, there were over 15 cars ahead of me, one of which was yelling at the window because HIS order was wrong too. I believe the name of the manager is Brandon or something to that effect. He is the WORST human being I have had the displeasure of encountering in some time. If I could give this place ZERO STARS, I would. Do not waste your time or your money. Go elsewhere.

Is this place for real almost a hour to get food from the drive thru. People who work there act like they have a 3 grade education. I can now understand why their lobby is not open, if you have to wait this long just in drive thru.

Trust me tonight was and to top that we got back to our resort and half of the was cold and two of my kids food wasn't in the bag. And it was so cold that we couldn't eat the fries and we are within 3 blocks from them.
