She feeds the other cat's kittens but not her own does that mean there might be something wrong?

Are the kittens sick? Flea infested?

I have two female cats the first one had a litter of four in May the second one had a litter of two one a still born the second one was feeding for a short time now the mother doesn't go anywhere near the kitten now I have to feed the kitten
