Being from Florida, Krystal burgers are more readily available. When we saw White Castle upon arrival, we had to have some. The staff was very sweet and the burgers were made fresh. They even sent us away with a bag of condiments.

Wow! Fresh white Castle cheese burgers are out of this world crazy good. And addicting. We've visited a few times. Yum. In downtown Nashville after a great concert?! Fantastic!

1st time ever eating at White Castle and although we waited 45 mins to order, that wasn't a complaint for us, the issue was we ordered and didn't receive all of what we ordered. Check your food before pulling off because that was our mistake and with them being so busy and probably short staff I don't hold it against them but with it being my 1st time I wasn't won over but I won't say I wouldn't give them another chance at a very later time.

I was really excited to see a White Castle! Couldn't wait for those awesome sliders. But I a got gross bag that was missing food. There's not one local to me so , for me it was disappointing! Unfortunately due to covid it was only open for drive-thru. But that was only the beginning of a very unpleasant experience! I called and spoke to a manager. I was supposed to get a refund, I explained that I was on vacation, had left the immediate area, I did not receive 3 of the 8(or 10) burgers I ordered and couldn't eat the ones I got. I never got that refund. Less than $10 but it's the principle to me!
