Nothing bad to say about Cardenas. Other than I'm addicted to their tortillas now!! They give the best food... when it's right off the grill. It's authentic Mexican! Everything in there screams authenticity, and the staff is very friendly. The food is great, as well as the sweets and produce. My favorite thing about it is the smell. Right when you walk in. It's fresh, you can tell that the food in there is definitely worth it.

It's literally 01:20pm on a Friday afternoon and they only have two registers open. Their are at least 12 people in each line smh. It be nice if management jumped in to help check out some customers or put a third person on the cahiers smh. Sad.Thank you for letting us know about this. Your feedback helps us get better. Highly understaffed the day that I visited. No carts within the store and initially there was only one check out associated... long wait, especially with my hands being extremely full. I only go there for fresh tortillas and salsa. Good prepared rice and beans too. Other than that, they have a horrible selection for other things. It's very latino-centric. They would be smart to cater to other people as well

They are usually bagged for you !! Cashiers are nice there !! Some have limited English .. but know enough to get the job done & be helpful !!
