The venue looked very nice. Unfortunately, our party was being held at a different hall which was in a totally different part of the parking lot. The venue gave this locations address to the host so everyone kept interrupting the wrong party. There should be some way to let people know to go to the other location without everyone interrupting this locations party.

I just came in for craft ribbon with diamonds and the short dark skinned girl with black hair and dark lip liner said can I help you and as I began to talk she rudely just started talking to another employee so I stopped talking and waited for her to be finished and they didn't have the clear silver color I was looking for, I asked if she could call her sister store in Bloomington to see if they have it and she says I could but they're not going to know what I'm talking about-- In other words she couldn't so I just walked out. Called myself and verified the product I'm looking for. This particular woman has no customer service experience, is rude and lazy with a capital "L" and has no people skills... But then again what can I expect from someone like her working at a store like this. 🤔
