They will purposely only post half of the credentials needed for a role on indeed just to get you to apply and then attempt to coerce you into taking a completely different role that they’re struggling to fill. Disgusting behavior.

I found out about this agency from 2 of my co workers, thhat raved about them. So I finally got in contact with a recruiter, Daijah, She was so attentive at first send her all my paper work that was required she followed up once then never again! I have called her numerous times, left voicemail’s and nothing, no return phone calls no return emails she went completely MIA. This agency is beyond unprofessional and I would give 0 stars if I could. Don’t waste your time with this company. They act all helpful at first then just ignore you.

This agency was great with Shira worked as a recruiter but these other folks are not it! Once you’re placed, yes their job is “done” but no follow ups, they don’t answer calls, if you state a concern of safety at the site you’re placed they act as if they never knew and will not pull you from the site. It’s a money thing! They steal your earned pto time (which is only like a hour a week you get). No negotiation with pay (it’s $20 no matter where they place you fyi). It almost as if you have to go super above your recruiter head to get a response and even then nothing you have a minor problem with gets resolved. They are all about how you look at the interview and their money. As long as they get paid for the contract, they could careless. I’ve had a patient threaten my life and begged to be placed somewhere else and no one even responded to me. Definitely have your own backup plan if you have no other options but to sign up with this agency. Just know once placed you are on your very own. Be careful!

Worked with one of the recruiter Zachary. Totally unprofessional behavior. I was given one interview from him and after the interview when I tried reaching him, he didn't answer any call nor tried getting the feedback. DO NOT GO WITH THIS AGENCY. They totally ghost you.
