Very rude. Told me they couldn’t work with me because there was a conflict of interest and was extremely rude about it and I explained to them why it might of been a conflict of interest that had nothing to do with me or my situation and then they just hung up the phone after I asked to speak with a supervisor.

Can the petitioner who filed a violation of a visitation order be held accountable for lying on the whole violation? Other words the respondent didn't violate the order and has to proof that the petitioner is whom in fact broke the order

Just go down to their office in Binghamton ny, it's in the building where Nirchi pizza is at ,downtown, ..it's across the street from Boscovs,second floor..

My daughter was put into foster care even after I did what cps asked me room.but they never notified me afterwards and didn't give notification..do I have a lawsuit?
