I sent in the form for a replacement card almost 2 weeks ago! They sent me a letter stating that they needed something else.I sent it in and they made a copy,returned it to me.I just talked with a rep who tells me now that it may take more than 2 weeks to get a new card.Apparently the case worker has not had time to review my request! I hate being patronized!

Worst place to even try and get help not only have I had issues for years with ssi but there employees are the worst for starters good luck getting aholed of them quick now see if involves getting a payment to them they want it now but went it comes to you getting your payment good luck you will be waiting awhile no wonder no one wants to stay on it maby you should look at your employees obviously there must be a reason or dos not our government have our back

The easiest way is to go to the SSA website, create a My Account. Both of those items are available online. The alternatives are to go into the local SSA office or request it in writing.
