I guess the staff don't like to stay until 4.30 pm which is closing time. The staff I'm told are ruthless.

The hours state Monday through Friday 8:00 to 4:30 I got there at 4:15 a guard wasn't at the front to let me in somebody coming out let me in and they had the door locked it wasn't even nowhere near 4:30 this is horrible customer service!!!!

Extremely rude staff, went for my marriage certificate and the staff took 2 people ahead of us, when we were waiting before everyone. Horribly run.
