They are not fair with there prices. And if you don't have your receipt they will charge you more then it is to get your stuff out. They have poor service especially there Manager. Not friendly at all.

I was sad that East Coast closed their store in Stratford, but I just followed Thomas and found them in Bridgeport!! This store is fantastic, as well...and it's because of the team you have working there...I now have 2 favorites..Thomas AND Brandon!!! Brandon is a kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and all around hard-working nice guy!! Any place of business should feel blessed to have him as an employee...

I’ve done multiple transactions here and the manager Tommy is always a professional and a pleasure to do business with. The entire staff here treats customers like family. Tommy has helped me out time and time again. He will do everything he can to make the transaction fair for both sides. East Coast Pawn is the place to go if you’re in a pinch and need to get quick money without being lowballed and having to haggle back and forth. Thank you to the entire staff!!!
