I'm not an angry person but the gentleman with the ball cap that works the parts counter on August 3rd 2022 is by far the rudest person i have ever encountered. If you are having a bad day you do not take it out on the customer. from the moment i asked about a part it was straight attitude. His exact words before he even looked at the old part was ( DONT HAVE IT HAVE TO ORDER IT DONT KNOW WHEN I WILL GET IT. ) So I would of came here starting today getting my parts since I just moved to the area and have a lot of small engine repairs that's out looks like park city will get my business. Wow.

From the initial phone call to get information on my generac generator to the purchase of the unit A to Z was fantastic. The staff answered the phone in person was pleasurable to speak with and invited me down to take a look at what I was buying at my convenience. After speaking with their very friendly sales staff I came down the next day. I was greeted properly with a smile on the salesman’s face and could they help me. I bought the generac generator from them on the spot I felt like I had been transported in time back 40 or so years ago how things used to be when you were in business kind considerate and appreciative of your business. They tested the generator and showed me all the features the model had to offer and asked if I had any questions. I live about a half hour away and all I can say is I will be back to make all my power equipment purchases from A to Z equipment. I felt honored to make this purchase it is not often today that people go the extra mile and in their case they went the extra 2 miles. I highly recommend this place for any power equipment. Kudos to the owners they have really done a terrific job training their staff on how to make spending money pleasurable! Thank you, Joe
