I was sort of iffy about going here because of the reviews. It’s a really clean and there’s one lady I hate that I didn’t get her name but both times that I went she was so kind.

I was in this pawnshop a couple of minutes ago and they have a ring and showcase that they are saying it’s a diamond. When I informed the clerk that it was a lab created diamonds she did not care to investigate or to question it one bit. She merely put it back in the showcase and immediately it was like I was invisible. Beware I am a graduate gemologist and was trying to help them but obviously they did not need my help

I found some really nice antique coins. I really enjoyed it. I plan to visit several more times, two nice women were working the day I was there and were very friendly and helpful.

Wish I could rate them zero stars. The people who work here are so incredibly rude and pretentious. I'm beyond disgusted at the way they treat customers. Hey Cedar Hill Pawn, we are paying customers and you are ignoring us and talking down to us! What is wrong with you people? Clearly the good reviews are written by the owners/emoyees. My advice would be to take your money elsewhere. I dont see how these jerks are still in business.
