My husband and I visited the one in Cedar Hill TX and it was never a great experience. Food was not fresh,thrown together and not hot. I had the fish sandwich meal, can't remember what my husband had but he was good with his order. I don't eat land animals so it was great to see fish on the menu. That was my only time eating there and I want be back, my husband has returned and his food was not to his liking the second time.

The main issue I have with this location is the amount of time it takes to get you food through the drive-thru window. They take a very long time to process someone's order.

I visit this location atleast 3 times a week, service is always horrible and my order is almost always never correct. In the event my order is correct it's cold after I've waited for forever to get it. I'm over it!

I went there and ordered 4 tacos and some oinion rings. 2 tacos were ok. 2 had very little filling. Like it was on half the taco. I understand that their tacos are cheap but when I took the 2 tacos back the guy would only day they sent to us that way. He wouldn't even offer to refund the money for the 2 uneaten tacos. Come on Jack do better.
