We walked in ready to purchase but no one said a word to us. We looped around the showroom floor a few times and left. One employee was with what I hope was another customer, but didn't acknowledge us. Another was sleeping, maybe on break. Another 2 or more chatting away in an office (?). Yikes, honestly.

They don’t follow through on promises made. I’ve emailed them 4 times about an ozone concentrator that was supposed to be installed on my hot tub with no response. No one EVER answers the phones and no one ever responds to emails. I would suggest you purchase from someone else that has good customer service. Don’t waste your hard earned money with this dealer. UPDATE: A month later and no one has responded to any of my emails or messages fulfilling their promise to install my ozone concentrator. Buyer beware!

I purchased a hot tub from this company a year ago, my control panel went bad less than a year after installation. They told me they ordered the part, said it came in, but no one knows where it’s at. Every time I call them I get the run around, from the sales people to the manager. I won’t recommend this company to anyone. Shop some where else.
