Friendly staff upon checking in. Therapy started a little late and was only 40 mins whereas I was under the assumption it was going to be an hour. At my second appt I was told we might never know the cause of my dizziness and migraines. To be fair, I have very complicated medical issues and am awaiting admission to Vanderbilt for further testing. I just hope my PTs don’t give up too soon. The facility was very clean and the therapists listen to what I say. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is the lack of higher technical equipment to do better assessments.

The therapy staff was very good part of my daughters stay in January and February 2022, but the nursing staff with exceptions of one nurse, and the CNA staff were not equipped to handle my daughters issues medically. No one knew what her condition was.Not a good experience at all. The physician released her medically unstable. W Daughter went home on Friday February 11th...was back in ER admitted to ICU on Monday February 14th.

I have been in many hospitals over my 70+ years, but this is my first visit to a rehab hospital. I am truly amazed at the quality of care here. Perhaps the quality is so great because the staff here all seem to really like helping people. Everyone I've met, the dietary folks, the nursing staff, the therapists, the doctor and even a maintenance engineer treat patients and each other with patience and kindness. Their goal of getting patients ready to go home so they can function in a safe and effective environment is really shared through out their "team members" and i mean team in every sense of the word. I truly cannot imagine a rehab facility that would be better in every aspect.
