Hello you can go on the Cabarrus County Board of Elections website and there will be a link where you can your information and it will show you your voters registration what part of your affiliated with it would show you the old balance that you have voted on in previous elections and it will show you the ballot for this municipal election thank you have a great day

You should be able to vote any election after you were registered. You can look yourself up on the NC Board of Elections website and find your polling place.
U can vote Monday , Wednesday Friday 7am to 7Pm at Kannapolis depot
