They charge you $19.50 a month for garbage that hasn't been picked up since November!! the new manager is never in the office. the place is very quiet I like it, only that of garbage and sewage that they charge you extra

Sam Haselden. I wouldn't know. I don't pay ANYTHING for rent! I used my Grandmother's Inheritance home to pay and own my home for my family and I. Lot rent is 395.00! You're only allowed to have 2 pets! ( SORRY) SINCERELY, R.B.
Water, trash pick up, and water is $415.00 a month! You are ONLY allowed to have 2 pets by the way... I don't rent! I paid for my home from my grandmother's Inheritance. My son pays lot rent.
