I never lived there personally but my pastor owns a 2 bedroom 2 bath newly renovated home there he is looking to sale or rent but he said he'd rather sale because they charge $400 a month for lot rent that doesn't count your house payment it does cover your trash pickup and water and sewer not sure if it covers your paper bill

I’ve lived 5 months its a nice community very quiet there’s a playground that my grandkids enjoy greatly there is some wildlife we love watching Tracy the park manager is very friendly and helpful great place to live

Nice and quite place to live. The people here look out for each other. I've been here for six years. My kids go to awesome schools and the power company i use here is the best. I recommend this community if you're looking for a nice affordable place to live.

Been here about 10 years not only is it a quiet place to live. But living out away from the city and next to the woods my wife and I love to watch the wild life deer, turkeys and other animal that we have seen over the years. As far as it being a slum take some pride in your homes fix them keep your yard clean and mowed

Mount pleasant middle and High School Not quite sure about elementary
I know they rent two bedrooms and I think there's a few 3 bedrooms.
They have neither right now. She doesn't rent anything she normally finances and youd have to call to find out because the prices vary
I believe it depends on if you rent to own or not. It ranges from like $450 to $600. My sister lives there and they did the rent to own. It started out at $600 a month for the three bedroom but dropped to around $450 after 6 months
