I've been going here for a while, over all they do help you but the people who work the front desk seemed burned out and are quick to snap or be rude. There's only a few nurses I see that truly care about my kids, however I've experienced most of the doctors are quick to get you out with very little being exchanged between us and the doctor. If any medication is required they don't really explain anything and don't ask if you have any questions about anything. I'm no longer going to this location, I'd recommend you don't either. The staff aren't necessary bad people, just seems as if they've been pushed to the limit, poor leadership wouldn't allow that to happen. There are no excuses for poor leadership except failure, I served in an line unit in the 82nd, failure on leadership side wasn't pushed down to the ones that followed.

The raisinet sitting at the front desk has no manners and is the rudest medical receptionist I've ever dealt with in my life! So unorthodox drove up here 2 times from Greensboro for them to come up with new hrs of service reasons for why they can't see my children. Gas waisted and time waisted. Reporting this ignorance to the BBB!

The quality of service here has gone down since COVID became a problem. I would not recommend this location and would suggest looking elsewhere before coming here as a last resort.
