I think it is gone up to seven hundred a month but they are brand new units and is a very well maintained park. That also includes the lot rent
They may have a couple for rent, but definitely some for sale at a reasonable price. All we had to do is 'sign here' and move in! They're already set up, ready for the new "home owner"! And this place is so pet friendly, I almost feel like an odd ball not having a dog to walk!! Lol!! It's so quiet and peaceful here compared to the apartment we were living in.
They have maybe sometime they have use one for sale Rent to own you just have to check with Holly at the office to see what they have if you.do tell her I referral ya but they also have new one for sale they finance there self
