I called them last week and spoke to someone and told them I had found land, they informed us that we should come to their office before purchasing land so they could see what would be the best route for us. So we drove about 30 mins to get there with gas being so high I was a little upset. We walked into the office for about 5 mins for the man Austin to tell us you need to get land first and then give me a call and then he rushed us out so fast. They will not being getting a dime from us. It was such a horrible experience. If I could rate this experience zero stars I would

I was supposed to get my deposit check back in 7 business days its been 12 and nothing. When my wife messages Giovanni he doesn’t reply. Today we drove 1 hr and went to the office and he said he was very busy and had no time to reply.

So I called several times to speak with Terry, leaving several messages but still no response ever!! Drove over a hour and felt rush when I was inquiring about a home. Because I didn't give to answers that Austin wanted to hear on down payment and financial all of a sudden he has an appt. We'll if you have an appt, then show me to another salesperson. I ask could you give me pricing on the homes, he will have to get with the sales manager. How are you a sales person but don't have a pricing list of the homes price today!! Then i asked, can you get me the pricing. He stated later this week because he has other clients to wait on first. He had no intentions of getting me this information because he never asked my name, address, email or contact information. I'm very disappointed that Terry is running this business this way or letting this business happen such this way. I've referred several people to him and even myself over the years.

They were great while wanting the deposit. Master bath and bedroom lights and plugs needs fixing and haven’t even been in it a year yet. Been out since October. Then the first week of March 2022 the AC unit went out and again hasn’t been a year yet. Can’t enjoy my new home. Getting to run around trying to get the things fixed. Even tried calling Terry Pate hisself and he hasn’t answered or returned calls. If I ever need another home I WILL NOT go back to them. I had 10 people that was going to go get a home from them and they have changed their minds. The service sucks after you signed all the paperwork.
