We have been using Croach since we moved into our home about 6 years ago. They come out quarterly to do their normal thing and always show up when they say they're going to. Additionally, we've had to call them several times in between our regular service (once for wasps, once for ants in our house, once for mice in our garage) and they have always been able to come out quickly and fixed our issue to our satisfaction. After having the same technician for several years (he has left the company), today was our first experience with CJ. He was friendly, listened to our needs, and was able to complete the work quickly and efficiently! Thanks CJ!

Recently we had a rodent issue and contacted some companies but they could not locate the correct position or had no idea of what exact animal it was. I decided to try Croach since they offer free inspection. Cassie came on time and found the possible entrances which I was convinced. She set up the traps which caught rodents the next day and sealed off entrances. She is so patient to answer all my questions and responsive to my messages even during none business hours. She is careful and very professional on the job. I am very grateful.

David did an awesome job performing our quarterly service. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. I really liked that he notified us when he arrived and before he left to ensure he addressed all our concerns.

BE SURE TO READ THEIR CONTRACT! Massive cancellation fee! After receiving two scheduled services from Croach, our pest problem was not resolved. The ants returned in no time at all, for which they had some excuse about disturbing their nest or whatever. We decided that we don't have room in our budget for quarterly services THAT AREN'T EFFECTIVE, so we decided to cancel. They informed me that there would be a $220 cancellation fee. As a person who is unemployed due to Covid, this was not a nice surprise, though I should have read the contract more carefully. You are not paying for 5 isolated services in a calendar year, you are paying for a full calendar year, broken up into 5 services, and they will get that money from you somehow. Crazy, being that their services wasn't even effective. The woman on the phone who helped me cancel was condescending and made tasteless implications about my unemployment status. I do not recommend this company. I'll buy some insect treatment and traps at the hardware store instead, being that that's all they used anyhow.

For our regular, recurring service, yes. Our pricing is based on one year of service, and the contract for your first year helps us keep the prices down. After a year, your service is visit to visit. For specialty pests requiring one or two services, you do not have to sign a contract.
The price for our service depends on too many variables to answer this. The size of your home, the type and extent of existing infestations and possible future pests, and frequency of service are some of the variables affecting price. We are happy to schedule an on-site inspection. Your inspector will discuss the findings and recommend services, including an accurate price at that time.
