Shipping is at the back, knock incessantly til the new shipping office answers, or just get a better contract because they don't weigh any pallets. For those buying this all goes to goodwill, better off seeing the 'product' first instead.

They are not open all night but you are allowed to sleep overnight. Someone will wake you up in the a.m and put you in a door . Takes about 2 hours to unload . Great service

Where is located?
Hello, all our pallets have different counts and prices. We do not have a minimum order quantity, you can visit our website www.merchandiseliquidators.com and see the different pallets we have. We do not handle the shipment, but we do have a list of senders for its use.
ANSWER: We are open to the public. Anyone can come and see our inventory once they register. You do not need a business license to order from us. Resale Tax Certificates are welcome but not required.
ANSWER: Yes! We speak Spanish and we have many Latin American clients. As we are located in Miami, our business is perfectly situated to export to Latin America.
We accept only accept cash, check and bank wires. We do not accept credit card payments.

ANSWER: Shipping costs vary depending on the dimensions of the shipment (weight and size) and on the distance the goods need to travel. We do not ship for our clients but can provide a list of preferred shippers that will help quote out a shipment. All of our merchandise is FOB (Exworks) our warehouse in Miami, FL.
