Stayed here for a wedding. Breakfast should have started at 0630 but I came down at 0730 and it still wasn't open. Couldn't wait around for long so decided to buy a juice at the front desk. The lady that served me was more worried about guests not paying for coffee that a lovely worker had put out while they waited for food instead of ringing up my juice. Seemed like she didn't really know how to use the machine. My shower didn't drain well and there was no tea/coffee in the room, nor a safe for valuables (the safes at the front desk were fully used). Same hotel chain as the one I stayed at earlier in the week but service couldn't be more different!

Very friendly and exceptionally clean hotel with a low-key atmosphere, updated bathrooms, a nice food selection near the ferry terminal and shopping center with good restaurants

This was a great spot for our work trip this time around. Usually stay at another place but had family joining for the trip so I thought the close proximity to the shops and the ferry would be convenient. It did not disappoint so we will definitely stay here again.

Talk about a place as pleasurable as being at home!! Omg! The staff was impeccable 👌🏻 The housekeeping 👏🏻 was out of this world! Anything u need.. u got. The restaurant although pricey.. $12 for 2eggs 1 slice of toast, 2 sausage patties.. was a little over the top! The food was mediocre at best.. but the services were again.. impeccable! With a swimming 🏊‍♂️ pool, & a gym 💪🏻 to work out in, this Marriott rivaled the BIG BOY hotels in San Francisco! I'll happily stay here again the next time I visit the San Francisco Bay Area! No need to pay a fortune to have a 5 ☆ experience while visiting the Bay Area!
