As others have mentioned, slightly pushy on upselling so just be direct about what you want. I paid $20 for basic exterior only + $5 for wheels. This was my first wash on a new car so I wanted to be sure I went somewhere that would do a better job than your average "touchless" car wash. Not looking for paint scratches from dirty rags/brushes. Seemed like a high quality wash. I'll be back.

I have been a loyal customer for over a year of Shineology getting a monthly car wash and gas. I was very disappointed in the way they have handled the most recent cleaning. I am used to the sales people being shady and upselling constantly but this time I have to say something. My carpets had a stain on them so I spoke to the guy about it and he said I would have to get the $70 car wash to get my carpets steam cleaned. So I agreed and they took my car and I went to pay. It was my 11th wash in a row so it was free. After I took my car back I saw that the stain was still there and my carpets were dusty. I also found out that my phone holder was broken by them. I drove back and they claimed that I had only asked for the basic wash. This was obviously a lie as the whole reason I went was to get my carpets cleaned. The guy then said he would give me a TWO DOLLAR DISCOUNT for my mistake. So I agreed as I needed the stain out of the carpet. I feel cheated as I had to pay for my FREE car wash and my $30 phone holder was broken by them.

I could have had the same service for the cheaper price. It took them 9 min. to clean my car and they did not do a good job. Very disappointed …Buck, we're sorry the experience you had with us was anything but great. We wish we would've had the opportunity to address your concerns with the wash as we would've been happy to make things right.
