They never call back for appointments!!

Missed my appointment completely. I called first and they told me to wait for the call....and it never came. They didn't even respond to my voicemail. So scheduling an appointment? Good luck with that 😂 because they'll miss it and never contact you about rescheduling or anything.

I never had a problem until now since the pandemic. Appointments are now done over the phone. Even though i'm very grateful for the help. Some workers are now very BOLD over the phone I talked to someone who was extremely rude. She never initiated her name, never verified who I was, i asked her a question she cut me off quick and sped over the answer barley heard what she said then proceeded to quickly end the conversation. Next time someone calls MY phone with a disgusting attitude im not going to be nice. And will be asking to speak to a superior.

Horrible, babies crying for hunger and make you go out to give them their milk, they get angry because you are 5 minutes late and if you arrive early you wait hours anyway

I believe you can get that from the health department. You usually need one for certain jobs only.

Hi do you have emergency services

No we do not have emergency services but if you would like to set up an appointment with us just call (704) 336-6500 Monday - Friday to schedule one. Remember that WIC is a federally funded program which is income based and the reason why we don't have any emergency services. You will need to bring with you for your appointment those who want WIC, a bill that specifies your current address, ID for yourself and those who you would like to place on WIC. If you get food stamps or medicaid in North Carolina you automatically qualify but if you do not we will need current check stubs of those persons working in the household or a letter from the employer of the one working. When you call the appointment line please do not allow them to tell you who and what to bring I am telling you right now. But if you have questions please call my supervisor her name is Kesha Campbell at 980-314-9527
