Their website says they are open 24 hours, but the pharmacy is actually closed for an hour at 2pm. So aggravating! First, why can't they organize to stay open? Second, why can't they make this clear? No wonder this store has such a low rating!!

If zero stars were an option, I’d choose it. Quite possible the worst run CVS pharmacy I’ve ever been too. Total incompetence. Total lack of any semblance of customer service. Can’t even pick up the phone. Then when you’re there, get ready for a circus show.

This store needs to be reported to the corporate office. Tried to order an item for pick up but it got canceled. Tried to call to find out if it was in stock and the person on the phone refuses to go walk back and see if it was in stock. Their pharmacy has a phone number that they will never answer and they know that. I even asked and they said yes we know it’s broken. They keep it broken so they don’t have to respond to your calls. I’m reporting them to the FTC and to the better business bureau or anything I possibly can. The store needs to be reported to the corporate office or put out of business. Nightmare.

Worst pharmacy experience in my life. They won't answer the phone, I've waited over an hour in the pick up line to be told it isn't ready despite having it show as ready online, and they don't have enough medication to fulfill prescriptions. It should not take multiple trips and hours of waiting in line to get medication!
