Springbrook apartments are amazing. I called to get some information about an apartment. They all were very knowledgeable and very friendly. I did call multiple times because I wanted to make sure I understood the process and all and each time they were very sweet. Sarai the manager answered all of the questions and also helped me start the process of the application she didn't have to but she took time out of her busy schedule to help me and make sure that I understood, she stayed on the phone until I got the process halfway done and even told me if I had any other issues to give her a callback and she would help me. Yami and Ann the leasing agents were nice as well they took me on a tour around the neighborhood and allowed me to take as much time as I needed. I would definitely recommend renting from them. Things came up so I wasn't able to move there, but they were amazing.

Was glad when I left and was desperate when I moved in. They demand 60 day notice or they will try to charge you 1 months rent when you leave. And if you only give 30days notice they try to charge double. They will try to take as much of your security deposit as they can, even if you leave the place in better condition than when you moved in. They tried to increase my rent to over a hundred bucks. I was already overpaying as it was. Take pictures before you move in. Thin walls. Outdated heating. AC units are like the ones in windows. Beware and be careful.

This apartment is an amazing place to rent , this is how I can confidently say it’s HOME. I feel like home when I enter to this community. Huge 2 playgrounds and 2 wonderful pools , still remodeling pools now . The neighbors seems kind and nice , the staff are really helpful and they always follow up with your request. Thank you Springbrook team to make my stay so comfortable

The Property Manager Sarai attitude is unbelievable! She has the NASTIEST attitude I have ever in countered. If you plan on moving here don’t ask to speak to her. Ask for the other ladies in the office! You’ll thank me later!
