This nurse showed no respect to someone who was sick. There was no one there and her next appointment was in 20 minutes. She slammed the door in our face. She was very nasty. This was Saturday, July 23 at 9 am. Will never recommend this place to anyone. Is this how CVS treats sick people. Terrible customer service.

Just went. No one, I mean no one sitting down in approximately 10 chairs. Some lady sitting at desk asked me what I need. I said I have upset stomach symptoms didn't know if I should get something over the counter. Her first question do you have an appointment....I MEAN REALLY....NO SIGNS NO NOTHING ABOUT MAKING AN APPOINTMENT NEVER HAD TO HAVE ONE THERE BEFORE YOU'RE SITTING THERE DOING NOTHING....... Tells me to go ahead and check on a computer to see if there is appointments available I'll walk over to it again no one there . Nurse shuts door while I'm filling out information then it tells me there's no appointment available. it's got to where the CVS people think they're the only ones around all I've got news for you ...you're not

Would give it a 0 if possible! I have NEVER been treated so rudely by a "friendly healthcare professional" in my life!!! Totally inappropriate! No one was there and I was told I could get checked until I had been tested for Covid19. And I had to have an appt for that. It wasn't WHAT she said but HOW she said it. I've work with the public for 40 years and would never talk to another human being the way she talked to me. I wish I had her name!
