I absolutely love living here! I have been here for going on 2.5 years and the location can't be beat. It is right near everything you need in Kernersville, 13 minutes to downtown Winston and about 20 to Greensboro. The office staff is so kind and the maintenance staff always solves any issue quickly. There is also an amazing wooded trail behind the property owned by the local church that has been such an asset. Highly recommend Hawthorne at Main!

I have lived at the Hawthorne at Main for a little less than a year. I moved into the apartment without seeing it first due to COVID-19. The apartment finishings were a little subpar to what I was expecting from looking at the model, but overall the apartment was clean and functional. The few items I found on my move-in inspection were taken care of extremely quickly and for items that couldn't be repaired as easily (paint) , they offered me a rent credit.. All of my neighbors were friendly, there is always adequate parking, and the amenities are great. What truly earns this community a 5 star rating is the friendly management. I have lived in several different apartments across the US and the property management staff here are the nicest I've dealt with. They are very helpful and professional and do a great job maintaining the community!

The staff is amazingly friendly and made the move in process very easy. Apartments have a contemporary feel with nice up-to-date furnishings and surprises like ice-makers and spray nozzle sinks. Safe friendly neighborhood with fun community events. Would definitely recommend. UPDATE: After 4 months, I love this place even more. Fun community events and a GREAT location close to everything you could want. Maintenance is responsive and very helpful. They take care of this place inside & out. Honestly I have rented for 20+ years and this has been my best expereince
