Not great treatment, not seen by actual doctors, wait between arrival and departure is extremely lengthy despite not being busy with patients. Carcass of an animal was reported to the front desk when I arrived. One week later during my follow-up, it was still there, attracting many bugs and simply looking unsanitary for the front of a medical facility.

Doctor and Staff are Great. Even after 6 days, we didn't received the COVID PCR test results. On top of delay, They charged for COVID test. United health care already made payment for these Covid testes. We have been following up for last few months for Refund. United health care Provided Payment details as well. Received the refund after few months and multiple follow up with ER and United.

Worst service ever. Had appointment for 11:00, it is 11:40 now. Still waiting. They gave you lame excuse. If you cannot see patient on time why you book appointments.

Very poor unprofessional service. I had stepped on something and felt sharp pain in the bottom of my foot. The PA who examined me said that she could do nothing without an x-ray. Further, since they could not do the x-ray in-house, they suggested that I go to a different facility which had the ability to do an x-ray. The PA looked at my foot for about 5 seconds and simply told me to put a band aid on it. After 4 days of continuing pain and some bleeding, I went to the Summit Medical Group Urgent Care facility. The doctor who examined me palpated the area looking for a foreign object. He quickly removed a shard of glass from my foot with his fingers. Problem solved! I will never go to Faster Urgent Care again.
