They don't do anything for the workers. They refuse to promote from within the company. They (cooperate) talk down to workers and hire people that have never worked for the company rather than hire people that actually know the company and the policies

Clean and organized store. They have mostly everything you need in stock at this location of stop and shop. Fresh backed goods from bakery including many muffins and other choices. Sushi and wings bar Fresh fruit and vegetables in the produce section EV charging in the parking lot PNC atm and Starbucks inside the store
